Returns

Please note that if you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return the UNUSED vest or rib protector to us WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS OF ITS RECEIPT and receive a refund of the purchase price less a $2.50 restocking charge by simply:

1. sending us an email at contact@pro-vest.com with the word 'Return' in the subject heading informing us you are returning the vest or rib protector you purchased and providing us with the name of the person who purchased the product (which should be the name of the person whose credit card was used to purchase the product) so that we can process a credit for the vest or rib protector being returned equal to the purchase price less a $2.50 restocking charge, the credit not including the shipping & handling portion of the original transaction,
2. shipping the UNUSED vest or rib protector you would like to return back to us (with the shipping cost prepaid) WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS of its receipt, together with a copy of the purchase receipt you were e-mailed, to the following address: Precision Warehouse & Distribution Center 4012 West Turney Phoenix, AZ 85019

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE VEST OR RIB PROTECTOR BEING RETURNED MUST BE RETURNED TO US UNUSED EXCEPT FOR THE FITTING WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS OF ITS RECEIPT, WITH ANY TAGS STILL IN PLACE ON THE ZIPPER PULL TAB OR BELT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT FOR THE EXCHANGE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF IT IS APPARENT THAT THE VEST OR RIB PROTECTOR HAS BEEN ACTIVELY WORN, CREDIT FOR THE VEST OR RIB PROTECTOR RETURNED IN THE EXCHANGE WILL BE DENIED AS THE VEST OR RIB PROTECTOR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE RESOLD.

Exchanges

Please note if the sports safety vest or rib protector you purchased is either too small or too large, you can EXCHANGE the vest or rib protector for another size by simply:

1. sending us an e-mail at exchange@pro-vest.com (with the word "Exchange" on the subject line) telling us what size vest or rib protector you are exchanging and providing us with the name of the person who purchased the product (which should be the name of the person whose credit card was used to purchase the product) so that we can process a credit for the vest or rib protector being returned, the credit not including the shipping & handling portion of the original transaction,
2. shipping the vest or rib protector you would like to exchange for a different size back to us (with the shipping cost prepaid) WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS of its receipt, together with a copy of the purchase receipt you were e-mailed, to the following address: Precision Warehouse & Distribution Center

3. going onto our website and purchasing the size vest or rib protector you want.

Once we see that your new order has been processed, upon our receipt of the vest or rib protector being exchanged and our approval of the credit part of the exchange, we will credit your credit card back for the purchase price of the vest or rib protector exchanged, the credit not including the shipping & handling portion of the original transaction.

The vests and rib protectors are checked for substantial defects in craftsmanship and material at several points in the manufacturing and shipping process, including at the time of final shipment to the customer. As such, your vest or rib protector should be free of any substantial defects in craftsmanship and material. Please examine your vest or rib protector carefully immediately upon receipt, however, and if your vest or rib protector has a substantial defect in craftsmanship or material send an e-mail within 3 days of receiving your vest to exchange@pro-vest.com describing the substantial defect in material or craftsmanship. Upon receipt of your e-mail to us, we will immediately send you an e-mail back with exchange mailing information. Vests or rib protectors with a substantial defect in craftsmanship or material must be returned unused within thirty days of receipt to be exchanged. Upon our receipt of the vest or rib protector, it will be subjected to a careful examination for substantial defects in material or craftsmanship.
