Pro Vest Inc. to Launch Sports Apparel Line
40% of Profit Over the Next Ten Years to be Donated to
Autism/PDD-Related Non-Profit Organizations
Lake Bluff, IL, September 15, 2011 - Pro Vest Inc., a manufacturer/marketer of sporting goods, announced that 40% or more of the profit over the next ten years from their soon-to-be-launched line of sports apparel would be donated to autism/PDD-related non-profit organizations, with the expectation that the initiative will be extended beyond the initial ten-year period.
Recognizing the financial impact of autism/PDD on both the families directly affected and the community at large, Pro Vest is committed to doing its part to help fund the cost of the care, housing, education, training and therapeutical treatment of autistic/PDD children and adults. In this time of tightening governmental budgets, Pro Vest recognizes the need to be creative in finding ways to help those communities in need.
Pro Vest also announced that, unlike many of their competitors, they will not pay for celebrity-athlete endorsements of their sports apparel, which will allow them to offer their sports apparel at lower prices than many of the competing products on the market, thus hopefully generating more sales/profit/donations than otherwise.
Pro Vest hopes that their total donations to autism/PDD-related non-profit organizations over the ten-year period approach, if not surpass the hundreds of millions of dollars some of their competitors pay yearly for celebrity-athlete endorsements of their products.
